Rotmax Remote Assistance Service.

Service Description

Remote Assistance Services allows Rotmax's customers to deal with their business and let our
technical experts to solve the hosting/computer problems by connecting to the problematic host
and solve the problems remotely.
In addition the Remote Assistance Service team gives customers a simple and effective
single point of contact for any hosting problem.

Remote Assistance includes:

Technical Incident management.

Problem management.

Email configuration.

FTP connection and site upload.

Payment:

One time assistance $25 (1 Hour support)

Recurring Monthly Service $30 (2 Hours/Month)

Terms of Service Description

Service Limitations:
o The Service is delivered remotely and not includes any on-site activities.
o Each incident covers up to one hour of Technical Expert remote assistance.
o If an incident/task exceeds one hour, the Customer may be responsible for obtaining additional incidents for each additional 1 hour.

Customer Responsibilities:
o Software/Data Backup. It is the Customer's responsibility to complete a backup of all existing data, software, and programs on Supported Products prior to Rotmax performing any Services. ROTMAX WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOSS OF OR RECOVERY OF DATA, PROGRAMS, OR LOSS OF USE OF SYSTEM(S) OR NETWORK.
o Customer must maintain the confidentiality of the order number provided by Rotmax in connection with these Services. Rotmax is not responsible for unauthorized use of a Customer's contract or order number.
o Customer represents and warrants that they have obtained permission for both Customer and Rotmax to accessand use the all hardware and software components, including stored data, for the purpose of providing these Services. If Customer does not already have that permission, it is Customer's responsibility to obtain it, at Customer's expense, before Customer asks Rotmax to perform these Services.
o Customer must provide and have valid licenses for all hardware and software components.
o Customer must allow for sufficient time to complete the service activity in its entirety. Generally, these Services do not require system outages; however, it may require delivery during maintenance window(s).
o Customer is responsible for all physical hardware installations or changes that are necessary for the remote delivery of this Service.
o The desired configuration must meet the vendor's system minimum requirements for hardware and software configuration (service pack/kernel, BIOS, etc.).
o Provide a point of contact with capability and availability to work with Rotmax via internet-based session at a connection speed of 1 Mbps or faster.
o Rotmax is not responsible for any hardware problems.
